1. Introduction

Welcome to DeepLook AI Search Assistant, a mobile application developed and owned by FLUX YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("FLUX", "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the application ("App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is open for general use. However:

  • You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law in your country to use the App, or have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DeepLook AI Search Assistant complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Our Service

DeepLook AI Search Assistant is an AI-powered search and discovery tool that processes your queries to generate intelligent results, summaries, explanations, rankings, and recommendations. The App is provided as an independent service by FLUX and is not affiliated with any third-party search engine or AI platform.

4. How It Works

  • Search & Queries: You enter search terms, prompts, or questions and the App uses AI to generate relevant results and insights.
  • AI Processing: Queries may be processed on-device or via trusted third-party AI providers, depending on the feature and your device capabilities. Where cloud processing is used, only the minimum necessary data is transmitted.
  • Saved Results: Where available, you may save searches, bookmark results, or export outputs. You control what you save and can delete saved items at any time.
  • Premium Features: Advanced search capabilities, enhanced AI models, and additional tools may be available via subscription.

Important: DeepLook AI Search Assistant does not intentionally request or require sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health records). If you choose to include sensitive information in a query, you do so at your own discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Certain features of DeepLook AI Search Assistant are offered as paid services, including premium subscriptions.

  • All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by their respective billing and payment policies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance according to the platform's rules.
  • We do not directly store your payment card details.

6. Acceptable Use

When using DeepLook AI Search Assistant, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purposes.
  • Submit queries designed to generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Misuse, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated outputs without express written permission from FLUX.
  • Use the App in any way that may harm FLUX, other users, or third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Results, summaries, and responses generated by DeepLook AI Search Assistant are produced by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).
  • You are solely responsible for how you use or act upon information provided by the App.
  • FLUX does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated results.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, features, code, designs, and content within DeepLook AI Search Assistant are the exclusive property of FLUX unless otherwise stated, and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

DeepLook AI Search Assistant is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will be accurate or current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLUX disclaims all warranties and will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of — or reliance on — the App or its AI-generated content.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your search queries, usage data, and other information are handled.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

For purchases made through our website (e.g. via our payment provider), you are entitled to a full refund within at least 14 days of the purchase date. This 14-day refund window applies with no exceptions or conditions. Contact support@lajon.co with your purchase details.

All other refunds are governed by the platform you purchased through:

  • App Store / Google Play purchases: Subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
  • Where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published within the App or on this page. Continued use of DeepLook AI Search Assistant after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DeepLook AI Search Assistant without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in activity harmful to other users or third parties.
