1. Introduction
Welcome to DeepLook AI Search Assistant, a mobile application developed and owned by FLUX YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("FLUX", "we," "us," "our"). DeepLook uses artificial intelligence to help you search, explore, and understand topics — delivering smart summaries, ranked results, explanations, and recommendations based on your queries.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we handle when you use the App, why we use it, and how we protect it. By using DeepLook AI Search Assistant, you agree to the practices described here.
2. What Data We Collect
a) Search Queries & Prompts You Enter
The core function of DeepLook is processing the queries and prompts you type. When you submit a search or ask the AI a question, we handle:
- The text of your search query or prompt
- Filters, refinements, and follow-up queries within a session
- Actions you take with results (e.g., which result you open, save, or share)
Important: DeepLook is a general-purpose search assistant. We do not ask for or require sensitive personal data such as government IDs, health records, or financial information. If you voluntarily include sensitive content in a query, you do so at your own discretion.
b) App Usage & Device Data
We collect non-identifying technical data to maintain and improve the App:
- Device type, operating system, language, and App version
- App interaction events (screens visited, session length, feature usage patterns)
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
This data is not linked to the content of your searches and is used solely for operational purposes.
c) AI-Generated Results & Saved Content
DeepLook generates summaries, rankings, and explanations based on your queries using AI. If the App includes features to save searches or bookmark results, that saved content is stored on your device or — if you enable cloud sync — in your account. You control what you save and can delete saved items at any time.
d) Subscription & Purchase Metadata
If you subscribe to DeepLook's premium features via the App Store or Google Play, we may receive limited transaction metadata (subscription status, product ID, timestamps). We do not receive your full payment card details from platform payments.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use data to:
- Process your queries and deliver AI-generated search results, summaries, and recommendations
- Improve result quality and AI model performance through aggregated, anonymised query patterns
- Maintain App stability, fix bugs, and monitor performance
- Detect and prevent misuse, abuse, and fraud
- Manage your subscription and handle support or refund requests
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your query content to build advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Providers
DeepLook's intelligence is powered by AI models that may process your queries to generate responses. Depending on the feature:
- On-Device Processing: Where your device capabilities allow, some AI tasks are performed locally — your query never leaves your phone.
- Cloud AI Processing: For complex queries or features requiring more powerful models, your query may be sent to a trusted third-party AI provider. In these cases, we send only the minimum necessary information and do not attach your identity to the request where avoidable.
Third-party AI providers process queries under their own data policies and are bound by contractual safeguards to use data only to fulfill the request. We aim to work with providers that do not use your queries to train their general models without consent.
5. Data Retention
- Search Queries: Queries may be temporarily retained in session logs to provide continuity, troubleshoot issues, and in anonymised/aggregated form to improve result quality. We aim to minimise retention and remove direct identifiers.
- Saved Searches & Favourites: Available on your device (or account, if applicable) until you delete them or uninstall the App.
- Usage & Diagnostics: Retained per our operational needs and third-party provider settings.
- AI Processing Data: Any data sent to AI providers is used to generate your result and is subject to those providers' retention terms, which we contractually minimise where possible.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data only in these circumstances:
- AI & Service Providers: Query data is shared with AI providers to generate results. Operational data (crash reports, analytics) is shared with tools like Firebase and Google Analytics. All providers operate under contractual data processing agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or to protect user safety and rights.
- Refund / Purchase Disputes: If you raise a refund dispute via Apple or Google, we may confirm limited usage details (e.g., whether premium features were used, timestamps). We do not share your search content for this purpose unless you explicitly provide it in a support request.
7. Third-Party Services
DeepLook integrates with the following third-party services for operational purposes:
- Firebase (Google): Crash reporting, performance monitoring, and App stability
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Aggregated, anonymised usage analytics
- AI Processing Providers: Trusted providers for AI model inference (specific providers may vary and be updated over time)
These providers operate under their own privacy policies and are subject to our data processing agreements limiting their use of your data.
8. Security
We protect your data through:
- Encrypted transmission of queries and data between the App and external services (TLS/HTTPS)
- On-device processing where feasible to minimise data exposure
- Access controls and security practices for any server-side data
- Minimising the personal information included in AI requests

9. Your Choices & Controls
- Clear Search History: If the App provides a search history feature, you can clear it at any time within the App's settings.
- Delete Saved Items: Remove any saved searches or bookmarks directly within the App.
- Analytics Permissions: Adjust tracking and analytics permissions in your device settings where available.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App stops all data collection from the App going forward.
- Request Data Deletion: Contact support@lajon.co to request deletion of any server-side data we hold.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
- Access to personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
